I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chaiwala Walthamstow, and I must say, it was a delightful experience that left me craving more. Nestled in the heart of Walthamstow, this restaurant offers a unique and authentic taste of Indian cuisine that is sure to satisfy any food lover.
As soon as I entered Chaiwala Walthamstow, I was greeted with warm smiles from the friendly and attentive staff. Ankur, in particular, stood out with their exceptional service. They were knowledgeable about the menu, providing helpful suggestions and answering any questions I had. Their passion for the food and dedication to ensuring a memorable dining experience was evident throughout the evening.
Now, let's talk about the food. Chaiwala Walthamstow offers a diverse range of Indian dishes that are bursting with flavors. I started with the samosas, which were perfectly crisp on the outside and filled with a savory potato and pea mixture. The accompanying mint chutney added a refreshing kick that elevated the flavors even further.
To end the meal on a sweet note, I indulged in the mango lassi, a traditional Indian drink made with yogurt and fresh mangoes. It was creamy, refreshing, and the perfect way to cool down after the flavorful meal.
Overall, Chaiwala Walthamstow impressed me both with its authentic flavors and exceptional service. Ankur, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that every diner had a memorable experience. If you're in the mood for delicious Indian cuisine served with a smile, I highly recommend visiting Chaiwala Walthamstow. Special shout-out for Ankur for an...

First of all, go visit the independent stores further down the road, who will value your business.
Long story short, I ordered over Ā£40 worth of food from a delivery app - I had two missing items. Instead of giving the restaurant a bad review and affecting their rating, I called up and was told if I came in store or rang up before ordering again Iād receive my items. Which is a pretty standard thing to do if something goes wrong in a high street store.
I was shocked, after providing proof to the cashier and then speaking to the franchise owner on the phone. She refused to offer a reimbursement at all, which is beyond me as Iām a loyal customer to this branch. It seems a few items totalling Ā£8 were were more to her than my repeat business. It is apparent somebody needs to take lessons in the psychology of running a business + providing good customer service.
I guess the mass expansion of franchises has created a vacuum in which those who have no clue on how to run a business can solely rely on branding to get them clients.
