After a long circular walk around the area it was nice to find that there was plenty of on road parking and some immediately outside of the pub. The Bull Inn is a fairly old pub so could probably do with a deep clean and a spruce up, but it was packed with both drinkers and diners, which is a good sign, we ordered a roast dinner each, two of us had beef the other pork and all of us agreed that the meats were tender and tasty, spring vegetables were fresh and plenty enough to go round the three of us and the gravy was plentiful and flavoursome. Nothing was a problem and seemed genuinely caring. Classic pub interior, and was very cosy. The food was great and very enjoyable all-round, and a degree of flexibility with accompaniments too! Read moreAbsolutely fantastic place for food, came in on a Sunday afternoon for a booked table. Food was amazing, portion sizes were brilliant and food was piping hot.
Service was also very very good and the waitress couldn't have been any more helpful.
We were a table of 5 and didn't have to wait too long for our food and they then brought a second person out to bring food to the table so we didn't have people waiting while others ate.
With regards to parking we parked along one of the main/Side roads and on a Sunday there was enough parking for two cars.
