Over Under Coffee — Restaurant in London

I cannot use enough positive words to describe the incredible team at Over Under Wandsworth. OU is our "go-to" coffee shop that we visit daily; the coffee is delicious and is always served in a timely and efficient manner despite the demand during peak morning commuter time. Come rain, wind or shine and no matter how busy the team are, they always make the effort to converse with their customers and ask about their day. The staff are nice and the coffee is really tasty. A few weeks ago , i ordered full fat milk cappuccino, and it was great. The milk tasted proper good milk. Today, i ordered the same full fat milk cappuccino, and it didn't taste like before. I don't think they served it with the right milk. It tasted like oat milk or the mixture of oat milk and normal milk. So It wasn't that good. I will still go back and buy coffee, but i will make sure that they use...

Just had super unpleasant experience. Woman working was super miserable from the jump, was on her phone and not paying attention putting the straw into my iced coffee spilling most of the coffee out of it (see anaemic coffee photo?) Then handed me napkins at the end ? Also ordered a banana bread and she gave me the end bit despite there being better pieces on display, burnt it and there is a hair on it. Not best pleased lol pics...
