Hello everyone, I have been here in this amazing facility called "Gravity action entertainment", I came here with my children and his school friends. We initially rented a bowling alley and played a good game and then played other games including VR (virtual reality) glasses. When you enter this structure which is developed on three levels, what immediately catches your eye is the go-kart track which develops between the ground floor and the first floor, going around with ups and downs which, as I said before, runs between the ground floor and the first floor. All around there are various rooms, each including different, interactive games, where multiple people can play, and through projectors on the wall and through equipment that you wear you can interact with the walls and with your hands for dedicated games with these equipment, otherwise I have also seen other rooms with installations for four people to play with virtual reality by wearing those glasses (VR) and holding a rifle or other object in their hands to interact in the game, then outside the room, the virtual one reality there is a screen where you can follow the progress of the game. Above on the third floor there are bowling alleys plus there is a very modern and spacey mini golf which we haven't played but we will definitely come back to play because it looks like a lot of fun. Then there are other dedicated rooms with a row of PCs (always on the third floor) to play group games, even single ones if you want, you pay what you have to pay for the rent of the computer and you can start playing if I remember well £7 for now. Then we also rented two PlayStations or an area with sofas where there are a couple of PlayStations with two large screens where you can play and interact in the game, obviously two players per console. On the second floor there are many arcade games, many of them can be played with VR glasses, for example car racing or motorbike racing which in other game rooms you sit down and play, here you sit down but you wear VR glasses that project you into the game. I include some videos to help you understand better. Keep one thing in mind, that they are quite expensive and therefore if you want to come here you have to have a good budget, especially because children go crazy for them and would like to play everything. I also highly recommend when you go around the arcades or other games where you need to touch the card to put the credits and play, to check if there is any credit inside, because I noticed that many kids and many children who are not careful leave some credit inside and therefore you can possibly let your children play a few games for free as happened to us. We will definitely be back it was too much fun.

It was a really nice experience overall, it was 7 of us(boys) did golf once and go karting twice. Then had some wings from wingstop 💯👍

Where to even start? I had a fantastic birthday here and ✨Bradley✨ was the shining star of the day, he was friendly, attentive and helpful! He and his team went above and beyond for me and my group! We pre-booked all our activities as we were a group of 5 and I’d definitely recommend doing the same as it gets very busy! 💻 If you’re driving there are 2 car parks very close by, for the shopping centre - the one closest is by Waitrose. Also Gravity is inside a shopping centre so if you want to get the most out of your parking do a little shopping too 😉 Ground floor is the food court area and e-karting 🏎️ surprisingly quiet because there are no petrol motors running! There are lifts and escalators to every floor so it’s accessible for all. First floor is the arcade area, there are so many games to play! 🎟️ You purchase tokens and use a touch card to play at each machine so don’t worry about digging out your old coins 💸 Second floor is where we spent most of our day, there’s mini golf, AR bowling, AR darts and immersive gaming (the shuffleboards were out of action) ⛳️ There is also a cocktail bar - open from 5pm and a standard bar too, if you order food there is a collection point on this floor too so you don’t have to go down to get it 🍟🥤🍗 The AR bowling is fantastic, it’s so fun but you definitely need more than one game because time absolutely flies by 🎳 I’d suggest playing the angry birds game or boom bots. Next up for us was the AR darts, on the day this was slightly temperamental but think of a standard dart board with interactive games, again an hour is recommended! 🎯 we spoke to the team who sorted out the board (don’t be shy to call them over if you’re struggling) Our food pit stop was another wing by DJ Khaled: buffalo wings, waffle fries and onion rings - all of which were delicious 😋 then back to it! There are so many games to play in the immersive game box’s, as this was our first time we went for temple of coins as it was for beginners 👾 be prepared to work up a sweat as you are the controller for the game. We finished our day back at the arcade 🕹️ most games cost around 15 game tokens with some of the mini claw machines being just 6!! You collect winning tickets directly on your card and cash these in for small prizes at the end. So a massive shout out to Bradley, Jada, Vanisha and Shauna for a great birthday 🎈🥳 thank you!!

I went to gravity inside the wandsworth side shopping centre with 1 family member and friend.

We had a safety briefing before we had too the track.

We all went too the track, we place our valuables inside the locker which i have give it 5 stars for safety.

My experience on the track started well until, i was pulled out of the race because of my go kart seat which i was told first.

The member of staff came over to me, firstly he said about adjust seat, then secondly he ask if i was okay because of the helmet i could talk or hear properly. I said to my slef very hot and could not breathe properly so let me discontined with driving.

I went to track area on side near locker area, i was then told a staff member would come and talk to me, I waited for 4 minutes. The same person who had taken me off the track, later told me it was to do with my driving skills.

The same staff member who had track me off the track was the same person who was controlling the track, also told me it was a type of race. so if he had made me countined driving i would cause problems on the track. The person said becuse of my driving the others drivers was not happy.

I was explaing i was first time driving, when i was on track speed went up and down causing me stop and start, and the 2 other drivers kept on hit into me while i was driving over takening me.

i also explained about the padle and break i had too slow down to avoid hit into walls. He said because of my driving that what others are saying when they come. (my family member had the same problem with 2 others hit into her while driving.)

However the friend of famiy also said before he started his helmet was too small for head , so he ask if there was a large one, the staff said that largest ,because it was the largest size. but i think he was hair. friend said i over heard does not feel right. anyway he also had stop on track, get air because he could not breathe.

The staff memeber( the one who taken me off the track). said to me and my family member and friend we should of booked the family session, because the level of speed, basicly it is more sufficent for us. The staff said because of my driving i lost some mintues of the race. So he was kindly said to all of us,we can found other activity in gravity to make up of time, two of us said we would come back, the other said no.

Yes if you are think about tickets to get a refund well they had taken it before you watch the safety video.

I will not be going back there again i have wasted my money. But however the friend of the family said he would like to go back...

I don’t know if I should waste words to explain how awful my experience was but here we are…

We had to log in on an iPad which all took around 5-10 mins. Queued before a random worker told us to sign in on the iPad. When we spoke to the lady at the till, she was unkind, blunt, unwelcoming and frankly rather unhelpful. I asked Qs and it was met with a disinterested/ couldn’t care less kind of attitude. You have to wear a balaclava for go karting (under helmet) it’s an additional £3.30, you can’t wear your own bandana etc, only a bally (so random). Zero alcohol policy for go karting which is not marketed ANYWHERE. Only by approaching the till with a glass did they then refuse me AND turn a sign around that read ‘strict no alcohol policy’. They THEN tried to say that 1 of our 3 activities booked on a voucher was now void but would be honoured….. ok? When we eventually got on our FIRST activity at 9:30pm (we arrived at 7:30pm), after they voided go karting, we played darts. AND IT DIDN’T WORK HALF THE TIME. We had to throw the dart multiple times and it wasn’t recognised. No points were even recorded at the end. We raised this with a staff member who said “2 mins”. The issue wasn’t fixed and we raised this issue again afterwards, he offered us a free game but by this time we were losing our patience. We went back down for 10pm for our VR experience… the man told us to wait 10 mins because they had to reset the whole system and the people before us had to go again…. ok? We went back to book our last activity and as we were approaching the till, the initial woman we spoke to walked away… the remaining order told us we couldn’t book here due to an issue on his system and we would have to do it upstairs?! This place is 3 stories, we went up AGAIN. We spent 3 hours in that casino like dungeon with glaring blaring lights and played 1 flawed game of darts. Can you believe it?! Thankfully the manager gave us a full refund of our tickets (offered a voucher) but we stated we would never return again. It has been such a long time since I’ve received such bad service - you’d assume a games arcade with so many activities would be fit for purpose, but no - more staff are needed, systems require fixing or correcting, in fact I’m unsure how they’re still in business - maybe cos if all the money spent in the arcade? WHO KNOWS.

Anyway, 1/5 and that’s for the people who gave us a solution (man on darts booking offering us alternative and manager on shift quickly actioning...
