Ox & Gate — Restaurant in London

We wish to make a complaint as a family we where going to the place known as the ox gate pub for a number of years which has changed and is now known as Whelen we know it is known for trouble ups and downs but people who are loyal and being a customer for over 20 years to see things that are going on that shouldn't be going on but when it comes to a situation like true facts which is our mum who is five foot 1 stops the situation from going out of control to then a third person in the pub attacking her son to strangling another person but my mother steps in to stop everything for the bar staff to come out and ask if she is okay to take it all outside but to ask to go back in which was allowed to speak the person who attacked my son and the other gentlemen for him to be nasty for me to respond and slap his face because of what he done why on earth has it took to tonight to go in with her son to buy a drink for the so called person running it Agus for him to bad mouth my mum to abuse my mum and say your bard to a member of staff instead of to her face and then to come out behind the counter to do what as my mother said the person running it why didn't he tell us himself he tried to lie and twist it I asked him did he see the video but by this time he had 4 if not 5 body guards or bar staffs to gang up and be insulting and call my mother a price and look at the way your dressed as my mum is a model and people in their pub was shocked so this needs to be felt with ASAP as my mother is a professional person and a manager what customer service is this it went from a glass to a ball to a snooker cue to someone being strangled and my son attacked situation only one member of staff a tall Irish guy with tattoos on his arms was very helpful and concerned and new that I had it under control it to was a very scary situation for me now I suggest you look at the video evidence I want an apology you need to get a proper person running it as he said it has nothing to do with him it was to do with Joe but I feel this was all lies as who was the side man tonight if someone is bard shouldn't they get a warning and legal documents and to bard someone like my mum is just ridiculous because she saved your pub and someone being seriously hurt.

I ordered a sharing starter, two main meals and two drinks, one of the main meals comes first and nothing else follows, we waited five minutes, went and spoke with the bar staff, got told it would just be a few more minutes, 7 minutes went by, we took the main meal back to the bar and said we want all our food together or at least the starter first and then the mains after, got told the food is just coming now, got back to the table and the food is here, we had one cold main meal and one hot main meal and hot starter sharer, food was good just the service was poor, after we finished our food, the server/chef came up to us and said sorry about all this, the main chef is off sick and I am just covering. Gave us free dessert, unfortunately this is still not acceptable, we both wanted to eat together with hot meals not having it all separately and delayed.
