My daughter attended a birthday party and this was our first time at Flip Out (FO)Brent Cross. Firstly the host was kept waiting for over 30 mins and then told she should have told reception she was here... which she had done, and instead of acknowledging the venue were running late with parties they blamed the birthday party! which was stressful as they had young children. Why the FO party host, Ben, hadn't come down earlier to look for the birthday group was another tell that they were running late and not us! Anyway, once sorted the group was told you have 20 mins less jumping time as you are late!! If this happens to you kick up a fuss and you will get your time back... although the stress of it doesn't go. The equipment and the padding surrounding the trampolines isn't the thickest... I bent down slowly to help a young member of our group and bashed my knee on the metal support underneath the padding 😈😫 There is an adult section (which I didn't check out), a large trampolining area then a climbing area (with 3 different age groups entrance), another trampolining area with smaller trampolines as well as a WipeOut style obstacle course. Perhaps if we hadn't been rushed and it was a little less chaotic we may have enjoyed it more. Now the party room we were given looked and felt like hell's s3x dungeon party room (not that I've been)!!! Not really suitable for a kids party... perhaps if Management want to keep the theme (Fire) they should at least install some normal lighting which gives the option of having a well lit room. We even asked if for cutting the cake we could use the adjacent room (water) because of the lighting and it being free but were told no. We were supplied with a small torch by the FO host Ben when asked. So unless your camera had a brilliant flash 📸 the pictures came out really bad 👎🏽 As for parking we were told by FO to park opposite Argos if there wasn't room on the road outside... I also checked with Argos staff and they said it was fine if under 3 hours. Overall, due to the distance from home and the stress involved (and it wasn't even my party) I wouldn't come back in a hurry and would give 1 star... But kids had fun and didn't notice the problems and staff were polite enough so hence my 2 star review... could have been much higher if all the equipment was available and more organised, better lit room etc.

2 stars because the kids had fun. Having said that, this place is really badly managed. We came during half term, and yes, I expected it to be busy, but I did not expect to be met with a massive crowd where no one knew what position they were in within the non existing queue. Little gangster kids kept coming in wearing their ridiculous face masks and went straight to the front of the queue. Understandably, no one wanted to say anything to avoid potentially being stabbed in front of their children. The joke of it was that this could easily have been avoided by having one or two members of staff taking control of the queue or simply putting up queue poles so it's difficult for people to push in. In the end, we waited one hour from entrance to actually get to the desk despite having pre booked the tickets in advance. Moving on to the donut slide and the tricycles no member of staff managing these areas as to can see from the pictures so children queue but this never ends as the kids on then don't ever get off to give others a turn and when my kids did manage to eventually get a donut it was taken off them once they got to the top by bigger kids. Bad experience for younger children. I understand the business can not control the badly mannered people that do come here, but they can put simple measures in place to minimise bad experiences for both parents and children. I would like to point out the girl working in the food section with the hijab. She was really working her socks off clearly under incredible pressure as was by herself. She managed to still give a good level of service. As someone from a management background, all I can say is the managers of this branch are very lucky I'm not their boss.

This place has gone down hill massively in the last 6 months. My friend booked the awesome party package and it was awful! Flip out had over booked on the day so we could only have the room for the last half an hour. We were told we could sit on a table outside. No cups were given for slushies, so parents were buying slushies as they didn't realise they needed cups. But we couldn't access the cups as they were in the room. The party host was more like a ghost, she disappeared constantly and was barely around. The food is no longer given to the children, but instead its put in a pizza box and just put on the table for children to help themselves. When I queried this, they said the host is not allowed to touch the food due to allergies etc... but the host was cutting the cake with her bare hands! And apparently that was okay. We had to ask someone where our host was multiple times. The host didn't have a lighter for the candle and asked us... and disappeared when it was time to cut the cake and we had to ask where the host was again. The whole thing was a mess and the mum was nearly in tears. When I complained, three members of staff came to me (infront of the children) and said everything was in the small print and no one is guaranteed a room, the customer service was awful, my son who is 10 was shocked at how they spoke to me. Avoid at all costs.

Had high hopes for today as it came to just under ÂŁ32 for me and my 4 yr old. Upon entering I found it very dark and the carpet is very unclean.

There was only 3 drift trikes available and not in the best condition, the other 10 are broken and in a sectioned off part next to the climbing apparatus. The staff were basically non existent at this part too.

The cannon blasters had a few completely broken and others just badly worn, only had a few ammo balls between them all so wasn’t a very good time there. Needs a lot more ammo balls!!

A big trampoline was broken and out of action. There was several holes in the walls around the trampolines too. Very poor attempts to fix those had been made .

The inflatable section was soo dark my child wouldn’t go in there which was good as it was all filthy (I turned on my torch on my phone)

The ring ride slide didn’t have 1 ring in any decent condition and 1 had completely burst. There was also no staff at all at this part.

The climbing apparatus had food and tissues and old chewing gum stuck in places. The safety netting poorly repaired with cable ties.

I found several extremely sharp pieces of broken plastic inside the under 5yr old climbing section!!

The wooden flooring is splintering in places right where you take your shoes off!

A staff member almost knocked my child over near the stairs as she was in such a rush with a group of other kids to go upstairs. I said “excuse me can you be careful please” but I wasn’t even acknowledged

The queue for food/drinks was ridiculously long and slow moving.

Luckily me and my son were in and out before it got too busy so we were able to make do and have at least some fun. As we were leaving though it was getting very busy and with the lack of equipment and upkeep/maintenance the whole place is just a glorified trampoline park money grab. With topsy turvy in Brent Cross and inflatanation in Colindale being cleaner and safer and better value for money I don’t see why anybody would risk/bother coming to flip out Brent Cross.

This place is getting a reputation too as talking with friends prior to today I was urged to cancel and try the new flip out in Watford as it is “not a dump like Brent Cross”…An opinion shared by 1 of the staff members I spoke to today about the lack of equipment and maintenance. Apparently this place was good 2 years ago but has been going downhill since

Needless to say I will not...

Review of Flip Out Brent Cross ⭐☆☆☆☆

This place is beyond disgusting — it’s a horror show pretending to be a trampoline park. The second you walk in, you’re hit with a damp, sour stench that clings to your clothes like rot.

The toilets are an abomination. Bloody sanitary pads are stuck to the walls like some grotesque art installation, the sinks are clogged with brown sludge, and one cubicle had a pile of dirty nappies stacked in the corner, buzzing with flies. I swear one of the toilets didn’t even flush — it was just a bowl of stagnant filth. Another cubicle had deep red smears on the floor that looked horribly like dried blood.

And don’t think the play areas are any better. The trampolines are greasy, the foam pit is soaked through with who-knows-what, and when kids jump in, they come out covered in black stains and sticky lumps. I saw rats and mice darting across the mats like they owned the place. One even disappeared into the foam pit — God only knows what’s living down there.

Now, let’s talk about the laser tag arena. Honestly, it’s straight out of a nightmare. The smell inside is damp and mouldy, the floor is sticky, and the walls are stained with dark patches. The laser guns barely work — most of them flicker or don’t register hits at all. The vests are damp with sweat, clearly never cleaned, and stink so badly you have to hold your breath. The arena itself is pitch-black in places, not in a fun way but in a trip-over-a-nail-sticking-out-of-the-floor way. I swear I heard rats scratching in the walls while the game was on. Some of the walls even had handprints smeared on them, like someone tried to claw their way out.

The “ball pit” in the kids’ zone is no safer — dirty nappies and sticky liquid pooling at the bottom made it look more like a swamp than a play area. Kids were climbing out with their clothes stained and soaked. Parents were gagging while staff just ignored it.

Every surface is sticky. Every corner is filthy. Every part of this place feels unsafe, unsanitary, and downright cursed. Even the staff seem checked out — like they know they’re working in a building that should’ve been condemned years ago.

Flip Out Brent Cross isn’t just dirty. It’s dangerous, disturbing, and should be shut down immediately. If you value your health, do not go...
