Always an amazing Dining Experience, even after uncountable visits to Wing Tai Chinese Restaurant, Unit 2, Wing Yip Business Centre, 395 Edgware Rd, London NW2 6LN from so many years!

We always had enjoyed dining at Wing Tai Chinese Restaurant, London NW2 6LN since they established many years ago, and I must say, each time it’s an exceptionally great experience from start to finish.

From the moment we walk in, we are usually greeted by friendly and attentive staff, incidentally by Mr. Ken Choong ( has attended us most of the times, who knows us very well by now from such a long time), and always taken good care by the General Manager, Mr. Ulid Cheng, and the Manager Mr. Long-Yew Chan who are always at the service and sometimes during the busy hours, they even pick up the dishes, all the Management, and staff are wonderful welcoming us with their welcoming smiles, no matter how busy the Restaurant is, they always make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The décor of the restaurant has always been great, with a warm and inviting ambiance that set the tone for a fantastic Exotic Chinese dining experience, both during lunch hours and evening hours for dinner.

Even the Men's Restroom has Air + Surface Sanitisation by STERILL (which I've never seen in any other restaurant in London so far).

Seeing this, I was amazed as to the care and safety protections they have in place 👏👌👍😊

The menu offers a huge variety of delicious options from Dim Sums sizzling dishes on hotplates, too, among so many other yummy dishes, that cater to all tastes and dietary requirements, and the presentation of each dish is always simply breath-taking.

We mostly go there with family or friends, and most of the times as a couple with my wife, as we both love the food and excellent services, 2nd to none.

Whenever its super busy, we could see everyone, including the Management, work at their dynamic speed to enable every client get an opportunity to dine in here. I shall highly recommend Wing Tai Chinese Restaurant, London NW2 6LN to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience of all types of Chinese Delicacies, especially steaming hot Dim Sums, right on the table still steaming hot.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE …………..If it was possible to rate them zero, I would. These guys are rogues and have the worst customer service. Ordered from them via a delivery app, realised as soon as the order went though that they were not within my delivery radius.

Called them immediately and was told by the lady who pick up that it was fine and she would cancel the order right away. She suggested I contact the delivery app for my full refund and I thanked her. All I asked was if she knew how best to contact the delivery app and she kept me on hold for about 7 mins, speaking to another lady who was speaking a mix of English and Chinese. From her English I could hear her say the cancellation was my issue and they would put the charge through to the delivery company regardless, even though I had already been told the order was cancelled.

This lady came back and retracted the cancellation and asked me to cancel via the app after keeping me on hold for 7minutes, of-course this got me charged although it had not been prepared when I called. When I tried to contest the fact that she had already agreed to cancel at no charge to me………. Her response to me very rudely was, I can either get off the phone from her and go and contact the delivery app (as if to say the delivery app could still help me) or stay on arguing with her….. I was shocked. No apologies, nothing. At this point I realised it was pointless discussing further.

I was appalled, especially as it was on a Friday night when they probably have lots of orders coming through and wouldn’t have had any cost to cancelling that order. They just chose to be mean and greedy and for this reason I would never be a repeat customer. A company with such low integrity, moral standards and extremely poor customer services would definitely not be getting my money ever again. Beware of their theiving ways particularly if you are ordering...

After an average Chinese meal that’s was served by an abrupt waiter that would put shivers down one spine , we asked for the bill after our average meal to one of the waitresses and mentioned to wave to service charges , as there was no service given other than the food thrown at you like you were at jail .

The depressed waitress didn’t understand a word of what we said then went swiftly over to inform her superior probably something like in the lines of “ we didn’t want to pay the bill “ which was totally absurd. When the manager came over and asked us what was the problem we just said we didn’t wish to pay service charge as & it’s the decision that should be made by your customers not your establishment. The management jumped down our throat and said that we should have read the menu prior to ordering & totally belittled us .

When we explained it was optional to your customers not compulsory he told us that we shouldn’t come back if we don’t pay the service charge to the kind friendly staff who look after you so attentively & they deserve the service charge. “ errrrrr I think the customers should be the judge of that “ . To everyone who’s reading this let me clearly tell you that if you believe that then you really are a monkeys uncle “ the service goes straight to the bosses pocket & may stretch as far as seniors only . Furthermore the management said we were apparently the first customers to have made a fuss about this matter which was untrue as one can clearly see the other reviews for this establishment.

We will never go back to be so insulted by these shady management !!!!!!!who really think they are the Don !!!!! “ bunch of liers but we were respectful at all times as we are people of Honner .
