Ozzi's Burrito Shack — Restaurant in London

I often go to Ozzi’s burrito shack, and I’m never disappointed with the delicious flavours and wonderful quality ingredients! One thing that bothers me MASSIVELY - is the amount of plastic used in this establishment!!! I get the naked burrito which is served in a plastic bowl with a plastic fork, only to be thrown into one bin in the shop (no recycling bin available on site). Also whilst being in there today I saw the staff emptying bags of nachos and rice and roasted vegetables all out of bags of plastic. Never ending plastic. It broke my heart a little just to think how much they just get through in just one day! I really think this needs to change as I found it very uncomfortable to witness.. and I’m sure I’m not the only person to have noticed this. Using cardboard bowls and wooden cutlery and not so much plastic packaging is not only a good reflection on the company but also is helping the planet! Like I said I love the food, and will continue to be a customer but I would love to see this...

nothing more appetising than watching the staff who make your food scratching their heads, wiping their noses, etc on their gloves then serving food to customers (including me) without changing their gloves. l have bought from here a lot and it seems in the last year or so its gone sorta downhill. Having known people who worked here, the staff are paid pennies and the owner himself is rude to staff and customers. Prices have gone up but quality of food has gone down. It feels like a bunch of chilli has been added to the meats (chicken in my case) to cover up the fact that it's overcooked, sloppy and flavourless. Skimped on the rice, too much sauce, its feels like im eating mushy baby food thats spicy with a bit of wilted lettuce in. It really is sad. One of our only sort of authentic Mexican food places and it's now going through its inevitable downfall, as all businesses on Barnet...

Food was decent but delivery is awful. Ordered at 6:50pm roughly three burritos. At 7:15pm they came but two of them were naked burrito bowls instead of actual burritos. They also charged for delivery when they specified that delivery was free. We rang them up and they said they would sort it for us straight away. At 7:50pm we called again and said we had not received anything and they said again that they have sent out the order and it will be there shortly. At 8:20pm, we called and a different lady said there was no food being sent out and they couldn’t supply us with anything. We have a 6 year old who still has not eaten and is meant to be in bed 10...
