Pavilion Fish & Chips Worcester Park — Restaurant in London

I've eaten here a number of times. For what they deliver the cost is really reasonable. I've eaten and regularly eat a lot of fish and chips - by that i mean Cid and chips - and this is by far the best - whether you take away or eat in. I have eaten in a few times and the service and staff are superb - as is their food with high quality generous portions. They always go above and beyond. Once I'd just come off a long flight and they had officially closed - but still were willing to serve me some take away even after their closing time. Great service. Great food. Every time. This was my first (1) proper fish & chips in a real f&c place in the 🇬🇧. 4 stars for the experience. There's a large menu. I kept it simple. Cod & Chips. They only have one (1) size; BIG. It was a lot of cod and potatoes. The cod was light and fluffy. As was the batter. Not greasy at all. I don't think they add salt, which I appreciated. Plenty of salt and condiments on the table. There must be new owners. I've used pavillion as the best in stoneleigh, Worcester Park for at least 5 years. I collected this evening a 1/4 chicken breast which must have been a canons breast which incidentally over cooked. A portion of chips that were more like French fries that were overwhelming poor. The cod was also over cooked and had no flavour left. When I asked where are the other guys. Response was they are coming later. I on today's performance hope the greek boys come back.

That was not worth 3.80 for the chips not £18.
