KFC Worcester Park - Central Road — Restaurant in London

Ordered a party bucket for my family of 6. Got home to find the order was completely wrong. No chicken strips, no hot wings, no popcorn chicken, no corn on the cob.

Had to then drive from home (chessington) back to KFC in Worcester park through rush hour traffic to take the incorrect order back. They tried putting the missing items in with the now stone cold chicken that had already been to Chessington and back. I asked them to make the whole order fresh and just received a dirty look.

There was no apology for the mistake and no offer of a discount off of our next purchase.

All the while 4 hungry children are sitting at home whilst I waste gallons of petrol driving back and forth in Friday evening rush hour traffic. If it was a one off, I'd roll my eyes and say "we all make mistakes, they are only human" but there is a mistake (not usually of this magnitude) every time I order from the Worcester park KFC.

I apologise if you are queuing behind me in future, because I will be checking the entire order before I leave the shop next time, as it turns a Friday night treat for us and the kids into me having a tantrum over...

That was by far the most vile chicken I've ever eaten, I don't know how in the world KFC can actually endorse the greasy old slop that I have just consumed. The quality was abysmal, each piece of chicken from the bargain bucket arrived with the skin either detached or falling off when held, baring resemblance to the practical effects used in low-budget zombie movies. The level of grease was laughable, almost as if the chicken had been prepared and then a couple of members of staff pranced in the air and squirted a whole bottle of cooking oil over the top. I can now see why the nation is opting for cheaper independent chicken shops such as 'Favourite' and 'Morelys' now, because the Colonel has clearly lost his ways. The part in which I found the most interesting was the particular shade of grey that the chicken held, usually the chicken I tend to eat is white, but in the case of Worcester Park's KFC chicken...it's a somewhat elephant grey?. Whilst waiting for our food, my daughter and I visited the toilet. It was in such a disgusting state that our feet stuck to the floor, pulling one of my daughter's shoes off!! There was an empty drinks can thrown on the floor, which was obviously dropped resulting in the floor being so disgusting and the toilet was generally dirty and unkept. There is a notice on the wall stating that the toilets are regularly cleaned and inspected which was clearly not the case. I took photos of the state of the toilet and showed them to the server at the counter when I made a complaint about it, but all he could say, very unenthusiastically and very unapologetically, was "yeah we've known about it for a while but there's nothing we can do right now" There was no Rota on the wall showing the last time the toilets had been checked or cleaned, which I believe is illegal!! And the staffs attitude stunk as much as the toilet!!!! If this is the level of cleanliness to be expected in the restaurant, what sort of state is the kitchen or the staff that are preparing and...
