I used to go to Pavillion Rouge all the time years ago and loved it and the service. I stopped as the prices stayed the same but the portions got smaller under new management. I thought I'd give it another go today with my boyfriend and its one of the worst takeaways I've had. I ordered chicken shish wrap which was so tasteless and the bread was so soggy it was wet, my boyfriend orders a large chicken shish box and it was not worth £10 in the slightest, maybe 6 pieces of chicken if we're being generous with some random salad chucked it, all of which was also tasteless. I'm so disappointed. I really was hoping for the quality they used to have but my boyfriend didn't even finish his food and I will not go here again. EDIT: this owner as you can see from ALL of his responses has no business etiquette. This is the second place that I have I've EVER complained about, so my reviews are always honest. And I asked for more sauce? I was given the choice of having more than 1 sauce and since I hate too much sauce I ONLY asked for garlic mayo, I did not ask for the kebab to be flooded. My boyfriend literally threw his food because he was so annoyed. I would suggest as a business owner instead of acting childishly and responding in the most ridiculous way and LYING about everything you've said, take this as constructive criticism and fix up. You can see from the reviews that I'm not alone in what I've said. Hilarious that you think people will read your responses and want to eat here!

I'm really sorry, I am not one to write bad reviews but what the hell has happened to this place. This used to be best place for kebabs hands down, their kebab wrap used to be the best thing I've ever tasted. This was around maybe 10 years ago and me and my family used to order from here atleast once a month. I've ordered twice again from this place and it has been a major downgrade. Even our local chippy seems to put more flavour in their kebabs. Their salad selection is pathetic compared to 10 years ago and their kebab meat is tasteless. And their prices do not reflect the quality of product you receive. My previous(and most certainly last) order I got from their shop was a "king-sized" kebab wrap which is anything but king-sized, and the taste was disappointing. Some cold chips that resembled and tasted of cardboard and also some buffalo wings that looked like they had better days. To be honest the wings taste was not bad but they were dry and small so even the taste could not save it. These are all pictured. You may think it's my camera that makes them look lifeless but alas that is pretty much what they looked like in real life. Please, what ever you have changed with your ingredients and the way you make/do things. Change it back. You were easily the BEST place to get food 10 years ago, now all I can suggest is avoid this place.

I was introduced to Pavilion by one of my friends. There was serious hype, so I had high, high expectations. I went for the lamb chops and spicy wings (they were the recommended choices). The spicy wings were incredible - super soft and succulent, packed with flavour and a hint of lemon. The garlic mayo sauce complimented them superbly. I could easily devour 21 in one sitting. As for the lamb chops - they were sumptuous. The seasoning was great and it was cooked very well - the meat was juicy and it was easy to chew. It came with a salad and some fries, which was very tasty. I’ve been to this spot over 5 times now, so it’s fair to say there’s good consistency here. I’ve eaten in at every occasion, so that’s my recommendation for freshly cooked food. The staff are super nice and thoughtful. The seating is quite compact and dark, which does dim the experience. The tables could also be a little cleaner. The prices and portions are decent, considering the area. If you’re around west London, especially Heathrow or Cranford or Hounslow ends, you absolutely have to go here for grilled chops and wings. I’ll certainly be returning. 9/10.

So me and my family have been regular customers for about 14-15 years. Let’s put it like this, we were so regular here, we’d eat different food at Pavilon 5-6 times a week. Loved it, loved the food, their hygiene used to be rated a 5 stars. Even back then there were few Arab workers who were very arrogant and rude, but the their service and food made us ignore that for 15 years. However for the past 2 years, these guys have just gone completely mad, their food is so mad now, gotten me sick a few times, food portions cost much more, and yet the portion seem to be getting smaller and smaller as I visit everytime. The workers and the new management are so rude, they make so many mistakes, then arrogantly do not accept their mistakes and when we point out their mistake they start becoming aggressive! This is such nonsense, they’ve been playing games with their new card machine nonsense, I always used to pay by card, but my father always paid cash, on Sunday, a customer before us paid by card, two second later, my dad tried paying by card and they made up a 100 stories about why the card machine isn’t working, or how the internet or gps isn’t working. We have been using card machines at our business for a decade, we know of every little trick about people not taking card payment, it’s unlawful and they after 10’minutes of arguing and aggressive behaviour, got my dad to take out cash, for which he was charged too, on top of that they were swearing as we were leaving, to top that up, they charged us for all the food and missed out the portion of fries on purpose! I am truly disgusting and disappointed! I see why their business is decreasing so much, I had never seen the place empty, especially on a Sunday and it was completely empty and still they provided such bad service, bad service is understandable and acceptable if they’re so busy, like how they always were before. But now the way they’re going, I’m sure we’ll see their business closing down soon. Honestly I feel like it’s the new owner and management, we knew the previous owners for years and they held the place high. These guys are just a disgrace! I wouldn’t ever go here ever again, and would highly recommend that no one else goes either! The shop two doors away didn’t used to be any good before compare to Pavilon, but now they’re miles ahead, good hygiene, good food and at a good price with a good service too. Oh and by the way, I wish I could give them 0 stars but Google review do not allow it, as they do not deserve even a...

I and two of my friends went to this place literally every Friday night. Upon a visit about a month ago we have stopped for good. We went in on a Friday as we always do... we ordered our food. The starter we got, humous, was literally the smallest portion I had ever seen. I think even a begger would have refused to accept that portion. We assumed that it was a genuine mistake so we approached one particular member of staff. To our amazement, he said "sorry this is the portion size". Hmmmm.

We let it pass and continued to eat our main course. Once we went to pay at the till, my friend realised our bill was substantially higher than it was supposed to be... every week we go there, every week we get the same food, ever week we pay the same bill amount. When we raised the concern with the staff member who was taking the payment, he brushed it off as "well this is the bill". We attempted to explain the situation to the man that he had over charged us... he became somewhat rude and was persistent on the amount to be paid. He even alleged we lied about being regular customers and that apparently he had never seen us. The story can go on and on.

The bottom line is the customer service is awful. This was not the first time, a few times some things happened but we continued to let it slid but this time was simply just crossing limits. The food itself is NOT overly great. Just convenient being open at that time. And the pricing, well what can I say when this man charged us 2.40 just for a bit of gravy sauce on the chips EACH. Just WOW !!!

Absolutely disgusted with what happened that night.

The three of us went every week with without fail and our bill usually came to about 35 pounds. Thats 35pound a week, which is approx £1820 a year.

Such is the foolishness of the man that dealt with us on the day, he now is losing an income of £1820 a year, just so he could wrongfully take £2.40 from the each of us from a dab of gravy sauce on the chips. Foolish...

What on earth has happened to this place? It's such a shame. I remember when this was the go-to local takeaway—queues of people waiting outside spoke volumes about the quality. Sadly, my recent visits have ranged from mediocre to outright bad. Ordering via Uber Eats is even worse; the food quality is abysmal, likely because you’re not there to oversee how it's prepared. Why would they care about the standards when you’re not watching? The kebab meat, once a highlight, has gone completely downhill—probably literally rolled down a hill before being served.

A few nights ago, I decided to give them one last chance. I ordered a king mix shish wrap, only to receive someone else’s bizarre concoction of meat, chick peas, carrots, red onions, and lashings of mayo. To make matters worse, I suspect I fell victim to a classic switcheroo while briefly looking away. Whoever came up with that combination needs to reevaluate their life choices, and I hope they enjoyed my proper mixed shish—courtesy of this fine establishment that still can’t get orders right.

At this point, it’s clear this place isn’t worth your time or money. Reviews are plummeting, and the service has become a gamble—roulette-style quality with consistently bad odds. If you prefer a reliable meal, go elsewhere. If you’re into gambling and enjoy living life on the edge, good luck. You’re going to need it.

Edit: Based on the establishment's response, it's evident that they either failed to understand my point, chose to ignore it, lack accountability, or all of the above.

To clarify for them: my issue with the Uber Eats order stems from the poor quality of the food. Additionally, my most recent experience involved ordering in person, being handed the wrong order, and once again, encountering subpar food quality.

Judging by their other responses, accountability doesn’t seem to be within their grasp. Feel free to continue sabotaging your own reviews—your track record in this regard...
