I was a regular customer through Just eat online but after going to their restaurant and experiencing the disrespectful customer service, i am never ordering from them again.
2 days before lockdown, i went to the restaurant with my little ones to order our meals. The entrance area (small space) was packed with customers waiting for food AND customers ordering food. It felt unsafe so i decided to move a little to the back so i can avoid contact with others .. there is a little space between the entrance area and their dining area, and i was “trying” to go and stand in that corner, I wasn’t even there yet, when the cashier started screaming, literally screaming rudely and loudly “no you cant go there” as she assumed im going to the dining area or planning to sit on the chairs.. god knows what she assumed. So i tried to explain her that im not going there, just standing in this corner to avoid the crowd and i have 2 little kids with me..but she didn’t even let me finish my sentence let alone listening to what i was saying. And then i hear another women screaming from the kitchen who had no idea where i was trying to stand as she couldn’t even see me🤷♀️. I so badly wanted to give these ladies a piece of my mind and remind them about social distancing and respectfully talking to customers..but i was with my 2 little ones and didn’t want to stand in that crowd either so i left the restaurant. Never ordering from them again. Owners should train staff to be professional. I hope this review can catch the owner’s attention and no other customer has to go through...
Read moreFood poisoning warning!🤮‼️ If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was once a loyal customer here, ordering from this place almost every week for years. It used to be a spot I could rely on for good food, but over the past couple of years, the quality has seriously declined. I’m not sure if it’s due to new management, changes in suppliers, or a different kitchen team, but something has shifted, and it’s not for the better.
My last order was an absolute nightmare and something I’ll never forget. My family and I ordered fried burgers, and shortly after eating, we all started to feel unwell. What followed was the worst case of food poisoning I have ever experienced. All five of us were sick, vomiting every five minutes for 12 hours straight. It was a horrible experience that left us all completely drained.
It’s clear something is wrong in the kitchen, maybe it’s the oil they’re using, poor handling of the meat, or unhygienic practices during food prep. Whatever the cause, it’s not safe. Food poisoning on this level doesn’t happen without serious lapses in food safety, and it’s unacceptable for a restaurant to risk their customers’ health in this way.
I will never order from here again, no matter what. Even if it was offered as my last meal on my death bed, I’d refuse. This experience has left me with no trust in their food or hygiene practices, and I would strongly caution anyone considering eating here.

Read moreI give it one star because of the poor customer service and the average quality of food. I wasn't quite amused by the attitude of the staff. It was the first time I went there so I wasn't sure about how they want the customers to order food. I thought it was done by the counter like in the KFC or McDonalds. When I asked for order, the staff just told me to sit down and wait for their staff to take order bluntly as if I did something terribly wrong. From taking the order to paying them bills, I saw no sign of eye-contact nor smile, let alone hearing "please" nor "good bye have a nice day" such basic social convention. I know it is just a fast food shop but having a basic level of manner shouldn't be that hard if you want to attract more customers. It was a typical lunch hour during my visit and I only saw 4 customers...
