I wouldnt have even given 1 star because its definately not even worth that but had to because i dont want others to have this experience or waste their time!! I ordered pizzas and sides at 6.15pm on the pizza hut website. The tracker on the website stated the delivery time would be no longer than 30 to 40 minutes and estimated delivery time was between 6.45pm to 6.55pm. I called them 20 times on their phone number from the website but no-one answered at any point. We waited until 7.25pm and the delivery still hadn't arrived so we had to physically go to the branch arrived at 7.33pm and even then the pizza still hadnt been made. We spoke to the manager Naveen Menoa and he apologised and said that the pizza would be ready in 5mins for us to take with us. We waited another 30mins and then the order came out and it wasnt delivered either we had to take it with us. Had to waste petrol and drive to the branch when it was supposed to be delivered when trying to celebrate fathers day with my family. There were 7 or 8 delivery bikes outside the branch which is ridiculous. The phone wasnt being answered at all whilst myself and other irate customers with the same issue i have had to experience today were standing there waiting. If you have enough staff or not that is not the customers problem and further more waiting for almost 2hrs when your website and the tracker states something else is just not on!! We will not be ordering from Pizza hut again and not at all from that branch! Disgusted by the service when i work in a customer service environment myself. I emailed the complaints team of Pizza hut and was told they will pass the feedback on but from previous reviews doesnt look like they care and issues with this branch and Pizza hut seems to have been happening a long time before my experience so lie all u want pizza hut about understand feedback and improvements but we can all clearly see nothing has been improved u just want customers money. I am writing to express my disappointment and a very unpleasant service I recently received from your Dagenham Pizza Hut location mentioned above.
I placed an order on 29th June 2024 at 7:30pm, but the experience was far from satisfactory and extremely frustrating.
After waiting for an extended period, my order finally arrived, only for me to find that it was incorrect. A completely wrong order was brought to me. It was sent back right away.
I immediately contacted your customer service team, who assured me that the correct order would be sent out promptly.
As a compensation for the inconvenience caused, I was told that the "food will be delivered hot"... What does that mean, do you deliver cold pizza too... Or was I an exceptional customer to receive hot pizzas??
Unfortunately, when the second order arrived, it was incomplete and missing food items which were promised by the Staff.
Not only did I experience a significant delay, but the frustration of receiving the wrong order twice has left me very dissatisfied with the service. It was a very uncomfortable, unpleasant situation. My guests were all waiting for dinner and your Staff was responsible for this unprofessional behaviour and unnecessary delays.
As a loyal customer of Pizza Hut, I expected a higher standard of service and attention to detail.
I would appreciate either a full refund for my order or a credit note for the full amount for me to avail at some other time.
I request that you address this issue promptly and take steps to ensure such incidents do not recur.

   Read moreEXTREMLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIARS!!! I ordered myself a large pizza (ÂŁ18.99) in the evening at 19:23 last Friday, and I never received it! I have been waiting for the food until 20:48 and I gave them a call again to check where is my order and what was the response: ooh your order has been cancelled because the delivery driver said the bell was not working. Which is a lie! Our bell is working fine, if I have to guess, the driver just did not find our address thatâs all! After the second call because they hang up on me at the first time, Kekh who was taking my order said I did not give my phone number so that is the reason why they could not find us, (not that the delivery driver should know by the address and ring the bell) another lie... I got really angry at this stage and was asking for the manager Kekh said the manager (Ebe) is not in just the next day so I can talk to her/him. I also asked Kekh how can they even do this itâs bad customer service and he hang up on me again. After this incident I went to the Barking branch and took the same pizza from them for ÂŁ9.99! PS: Dagenham branch still charged me ÂŁ18.99 for my âcancelled orderâ I will never order from this...
