Love this place!! (SINCE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT) The staff and management team there are so polite very respectful and well mannered. It's a warm welcoming atmosphere, and what's nice and lovely to see is the staff there are always happy and all seem to get on really well. They clearly work as a team! And thier communication, helpfulness towards one another is amazing.

And there might be a few people as well as myself that would agree that this place, the staff, the food, the services offered was near on impossible to even give a 2* rating. Well guys that was until these new guys took over the business. I can not say exactly how long they have owned this shop from. But I'd say roughly about 5mnts ago. (Up to today's date) and 2mnths of that time I noticed the shop was closed and a sign up under new management closed for refurbishment. They have since opened I'd say for nearly 2weeks now. And I'm telling every single person (including the ones who swore never to try this place again). The ones that I've seen leave very low ratings and harsh damaging reviews. Give these guys a chance they are new so it's unfair to give them a try on the basis of the old owner.

Now: The food, well I'm going to be honest since they recently opened again 2+wks ago. I think I've bought food there quite a few times. Embarrassed I must say, but definitely worth it. The meats are so soft and juicy. They are sensible enough to not put the pitta breads with the salad. As it goes soggy. Well done ESPRESSA!! Now even down to the chips when I've bought from in side the shop thier chips are Soo good. Fluffy on inside and golden crispy on the outside. But what I've noticed is when delivered they are quite floppy. And I think I've worked out the reason why!?? Where chips are put in polystyrene cases then rapped in paper. The heat creates condensation water droplets. So it's not really the staffs fault is it. I love what use have done to the shop I'm loving foods I'd thought I'd never try again. Due to bad past experiences but reassured by owner and asked me to try. Reluctant but once I did I wasn't disappointed. Top marks from me guys good on you all.

First order came thirty mins late! Delivery man had to call to find my home (with a child in tow, late at night), Shop rang me twice: first time hung up (rude), second time was better, more polite and was notified of made changes to the order due to chicken shish being out of stock. Lamb Shish has some very chewy, sinewy, marinated meat that tasted and looked like sweet sauce had coated it (strange, as I asked for no sauce) but rice was plentiful. Salad could do without raw onions and chillies, also doesn't smell so fresh but satisfying portion, though. Water was a 500ml Saka plastic bottle.

Second order came earlier than expected. Chicken shish was flattened pieces of grilled meat and was a big portion, as was the plain basmati rice (good, if dry). Hot & Spicy wings are just breaded fried chicken (which isn't notified on Just Eat) and aren't spicy at all. Compulsory chilli dip was full of sugar. Pilau rice is actually just plain basmati rice again. Salad has unwanted raw onions and big chillies. Passable. It needs some sort of stew sauce (with no sugar or too much salt) and leaving out raw onions and chillies...

Was very hesitant to order a pizza as most places with good reviews let me down, call me fussy but if am gona have a junk day after eating healthy for 6 days then I will make sure that junk tastes good so called the shop to make sure and I was greeted by the manager “ Atif” who I had a lovely conversation with ... amazing fella ,top customer service & truly knows how to treat his customers 👌🏽

Now the food , unbelievable “ the pizza tasted amazing & regrettably I only ordered a 9” 🤦🏽‍♂️😁to try before becoming a regular customer & me & my wife were fighting over the slices lol ,non greasy like most places and the ingredients ,taste and flavours were amazing plus price wise really really reasonable,told him please can you throw inn a few lamb donner slices to try aswel as been disappointed with that elsewhere aswel and again very very happy with the quality... Am not the one who leaves reviews but when someone makes the effort to look after your needs then your bound to share your experience and support your locals .. one thing is for sure ,customer 4 life !!!
