Always been disappointed lately with customer service.. not everyone is tech savvy to order online.. my father tried to order pizza for delivery, the guy on the phone was abrupt! And said has to be done online.. despite of couple of attempt done by my father online their system was crashed! The assistant on the phone was not helpful at all.. could not take the phone order, so I tried to order for my father.. and same situation with system showing crashed and being told that try to order shortly. Seriously? Is this what customer service is? Appalling services, train ur staff members at least some retail skills rather than being abrupt! Read moreThe quality of the food is shocking! Chicken strips were uncooked, limp, batter still gooey/soft on them. And they reeked! (very old cooking oil pooling at the bottom of box.) I called to complain but they just told me they WERE cooked. I insisted that I wanted a refund. They said they would send the driver back to pick it up but he never showed up. Pizza was a large vegetable supreme with 3 extra toppings! However they thought because I ordered 3 extras, they can OMIT all the original 4 toppings the pizza comes with!!!: it had no mushrooms, no mixed peppers, no red onions, no tomatoes at all. None! The operator said the pizza was in another part of town as they were obviously making another delivery beforehand and as would be another 20 min decided to cancel.
After requesting a refund through the complaints procedure which takes a minimum of 16 days they have emailed to say they are unable to give a refund.
So basically these people are thieves and I sincerely hope nobody has to put up with this ordeal.
Not even one apology let alone your money back in which they would have redeemed themselves as we order pizza every week.
Every negative has a positive as now we are using dominoes and it’s not like eating cold rubbery dry pizza like we used to...
