Pizza Hut — Restaurant in London

This used to be my regular go to Pizza Hut. Never again. Noticed the last two occasions felt ill after eating and had issues the next day. Shrugged it off and dismissed the problem but had a suspicion regarding hygiene of staff at this branch. Anyhow weeks later went to the Pizza Hut in Mill Hill, zero issues and was on point. Following this decided to give the Pizza Hut in Palmers Green another try..some of the staff, not all are seriously in need of basic training in terms of personal hygiene. I was met at reception by someone picking away at the zit on their face, the same person without washing their hands, nor putting on any plastic gloves then thought it wise to start making my pizza..no thank you.

Staff here in general have a very greased over look. The manager or supervisor is no better. It appeared at one point there was a change in the supervisor however I found his conduct to staff to be abysmal with him berating staff members in front of customers.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would do as even 1 star is not good enough. I placed my order and for over an hour, way past the time it said it should be delivered, the status never changed from 'your order is in the kitchen'. Then all of a sudden it changed to 'your order is being packed up' then straight to 'delivered'. I did not have my food. It was not here yet my money had been taken. I tried to call this branch 26 times over he period of an hour, my calls were not answered and on fact my calls were being terminated before even having he chance to be answered. I've had bad service from this site before, but I always like to give someone a second chance. More fool me. I am now out of pocket, with no food and although I've made a complaint online to customer services, they say it will be at least 3 days before they get around to dealing with my complaint. I cannot stress enough how much to avoid this place on green lanes. AVOID, AVOID...

I was having a celebration in my local park for about 30 people and pizza seemed the best option. I stared phoning around for a best deal and advise on how many pizza to order etc. Christina at the Palmers Green pizza hut was the most helpful and informative person of all the other pizza delivery restaurant that I tried. She listened to my needs and talked me though all my options until I felt confident enough to place my order and I am so happy that I did. The place of delivery was a little difficult but the pizzas were delivered on time and the were cooked to perfection with generous fresh ingredients topping, every one commented on how delicious the pizzas were even the people who didn't partially likes pizzas just loved them.
