Pizza Roma — Restaurant in London

Ordered on Diveroo. Called an hour after the scheduled delivery time and was told that the order was on its way. Nothing happened. Called again later and no one answered.

Laughable.

Update - got through to the restaurant and was told that the courier had phoned me. I had no missed calls. Upon trying to communicate that I'd had no missed calls and had been looking out my window for a good while, I was hung up on.

I ordered a pizza for £11.99. Gave the man £20 & got back £8 instead of £8.01. The second time I've been here and this is is the second time this has happened. It's only 1 pence, but it's the principle. Don't just take extra money no matter how little you think it is, I expect the correct change back. I may be being petty, but for taking an extra penny, I won't come into this shop again. Piss taker. For the sake of 1 pence, you just...

Avoid these people at all costs. Now they call themselves Pizza Pamodora, different and bigger prices than Pizza Roma, but the quality is just dreadful. I just ordered through the Deliveroo app and I came across Puzza Pamodora and waiting for 1 hour for my order, I was shocked to discover that they are actually Pizza Roma, with their underdone products and pizza, with the most cheapest quality in food I have ever...
