Pret A Manger — Restaurant in London

Food was absolutely horrible one slice of bread was stale rock hard and the other was a soggy guey mess food quality not there atall specially with prices if prept a manger should be of a better quility when I confronted was told sorry our toaster machine is faulty and missing a part. then why still use it knowing its faulty plus stale bread ain't due to fault equipment its skimping on product using cheap product close to due dates or gone past due dates and charging the most for it will not use again very bad and prices to high for low quality...

As a long lifetime client of prêt à manger , i have to adresse this issue Location wise is pretty bad as hardly anyone knows there’s a prêt in pump station However if you have opened on the high street I would have gave you 5 star for ALL .
