Today a had the worst experience in coffee shop ever.

Week before, every morning, when i bought coconut ice latte, the man who is barista there, always joked, that wasnt bad jokes, so i was okey with that. But few days ago, i bought hot latte, he started joke like “the same hot like you?” I was shocked and answered, that not for him. After what he made upset face, and from that moment was rude to me. A came today in the morning again, and he straight away showed his upset face and rudeness. I asked for ice coconut latte, paid for it extra charge, but he maid it with cows milk. I realized it only in train, and his luckiness, that i hadn’t allergy from trying this latte.

The managers should provide their workers, how to speak with the clients and how to make nice service!!!!

And of course i will never come back to them and not recommend...

The absolute worst experience - the barista was too busy talking to a station attendant to begin with and didn’t even bother acknowledging me. Then he proceeded to make me try a contactless payment several times which repeatedly failed (I had more than enough to cover the £3.70 charge!) - then we tried chip and pin after he decided to wipe my card with his disgusting rag (God knows why).l and claimed again it hadn’t gone through. But within seconds the payment showed in my online banking app! So it clearly had gone through, and when I showed him he still said it hadn’t! I left with my paid for goods and he very rudely shouted “oi, oi!” at me! Extrodinarily rude, will be making a formal complaint and never returning...

I can't agree with the rest of these reviews. Despite me being nice and respectful towards the staff and and giving this coffee shop several chances to improve my perception of their behaviour, they failed every time to do so. The staff is extremely rude, they got my order wrong everytime. This morning I ordered a cappuccino, he told his colleague to make me a regular latte. Then his colleague asked me if I like chocolate on top, I said very loud and clear "yes please" and she put the lid on it and handed it to me without chocolate. Sometimes i believe they do this on purpose. They always look miserable and bored out of their mind. Not once did they smile or seem to be doing fine emotionally. Not...
