Platform 7/8 (no Harry Potter intended). Approach wearing mask and a lanyard explaining I'm hard of hearing. No conscious effort to help me, met with rudeness instead. Ordered coffee. Went to pay for coffee... sign said use card when you can so I did. Like a lot of people I no longer carry cash. A perfectly good debit card, from a perfectly good (I use this sparingly) bank. I think overall 7 times I try inserting, tapping, entering my pin... by this time I feel I should have at the very least taken it for a McDonald's first. Customer service was rude from start to finish including the lady in front of me having the same issues. Worst matcha i’ve ever had. She was more occupied with the two people in the queue than with making my drink properly. I watched her rush it and mix the really poor quality matcha for literally less than 5 seconds in a paper cup with a wooden stick?? she then threw it in and i could already see the grains settle, it tasted horrible of course because the matcha looks like obvious cooking grade matcha and I kept getting clumps of bitter powder grain because it was not prepared correctly at alll! do not ever buy their matcha especially from this branch they really have no idea what they’re doing and just trying to jump on the ‘hype’. so disappointing and a waste of money. Employ more staff if you really cant take 2 minutes to focus on one...

The most disgusting frappe ever. Asked for a mocha coconut milk frappe. Cost me £4.15. It was warm , I was told it’s because the milk was on the side and not In the fridge. Really ???! That’s gross but also just put more ice in when blending. The guys then emptied out 1/4 of the cup and added more ice and gave it back to me. I explained a frappe is blended ice. He willingly made me another which was a little colder but mainly because it has floating ice in it. But it’s disgusting. Feel totally ripped off.
