Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Rewa Sushi Restaurant in Woolwich — a popular spot well known within the local Nepalese community, but equally loved for its diverse menu that beautifully combines Nepalese and Japanese cuisine.
Located conveniently near Plumstead, this welcoming restaurant offers a mix of dine-in, takeaway, and online ordering options. One of the best things about it is the free street parking nearby, making it super easy for anyone to drop by, whether for a quick meal or a casual evening out.
The restaurant is open 7 days a week, and they have some great lunch deals, perfect for school staff, office workers, or anyone looking for a fresh, affordable, and delicious meal midday. From freshly rolled sushi to authentic Nepali momo and warm traditional dishes, there’s something for everyone here.
Highly recommend it if you’re in the area — friendly service, good variety, and a lovely little spot to support...
Read moreWe arrived at 1pm and were the only customers, so it was an enjoyable hour where we received really helpful and friendly service. The Woolwich area is severely lacking in good restaurants and Plumstead even more so. What delight this new place is. We really enjoyed the crispy dumplings and sushi that we ordered and such value for money compared to other venues. So happy to have this on my doorstep, a few days later I ordered takeaway and it too was good. In the venue the food is presented really well when it comes to you and you can tell the chef has gone out of their way to dress the plates visually. Ordinary Chinese takeaways can’t compete with this and neither can the bench restaurants. I’m disabled and didn’t have to leave my seat once. Soft drinks prices were very reasonable too.Thank you for a lovely meal and a great experience. Worth...
Read moreI was intrigued when I walked past and despite living less than 5 minutes away I ordered take away because it was one of those days at work, yes, finishing at work at 9:00 pm on a Saturday and my husband still working at the dining table. I am glad to say that it was food that lifted the mood and the spirits. I did nor order sushi which I understand it is one of the specialties. I needed some home comforts and ordered some momo and one more Nepalese/Tibetan favourite, and the Japanese usual suspects I adore. It was lovely to find somewhere so close making some really nice food I will definitely will have to drag myself out of the...
