Royal Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in London

24/08/2023: this shop is now called "HMC Chicken and Pizza". Their prices have gone atrociously high. It is almost as if the owner thinks he can rip people off with the name of HMC. Ordered pizzas there and asked specially for deep pan. The guy on the counter reminded the pizza making guy at least thrice of deep pan but when the pizza arrived they were not deep pan, in fact they were thin crust. Upon questioning the guy had the audacity to tell me that those were deep pan and then said this was the best he could do. I mean, seriously?? Pizza price have gone up from £8 to £13 and this is how you are going to rip customers off? The cash till guy offered to give another pizza but I had no time. Too much was wasted already. When I arrived home I found that the pizza had no cheese and was topped with parts of tomato which are normally thrown away (the bits with the stock attached to it). Thinner than a thin crust. Massive apology to the cash till guy but I tried to call you 4-5 times, seems that you guys are not answering you phones and I think I know why.

I suggest everyone to save your money and don't buy at this place till their prices come down and their service becomes better.

Old review for Royal Chicken: Food is good size portions. Use to like this place a lot but recently found that they have serious hygiene issues. Council have rated this business to be 1 out of 5 for hygiene but they have a sticker on the shop window display 4 out of 5. This is either a complete negligence or deception. Rubbish customer service here. I ordered a pizza with pineapple, clearly the guy was not listening and wrote jalapeños. I do not eat pepper and would never order this. I waited a good 20 minutes for the food. Good thing I checked the rude Asian guy serving said I made the mistake, he can’t give a refund and they don’t even do pineapple. He told me to go and not to come back to this shop! With pleasure and none of my people will either. I have lived here for 34 years! How dare you treat local customers like this that support your business! Serve the Community better!!! Not my fault or mistake. I had to go further down to another pizza shop and had excellent customer service with the correct food I ordered! Avoid like a plague. It’s dirty in here too! Bad attitude. Not welcoming and unclean...

It used to be a very good place. I stopped by again yesterday because I haven't been to this restaurant in a long time.. The conditions were very bad, I asked for a /family mini mix/ the employee ,not friendly ,was not inclined to fry chicken, it was obvious that he didn't like working there, the tables were greasy and dirty, the wall was also, from a hygienic point of view, objectionable .. I can't believe that the employee does not have 5 minutes to clean every 2 hours... I don't know what happened in the past few years. :( I very sorry but...
