Royal Pizza — Restaurant in London

Absolutely disgusting service by this restaurant. Stayed in a local hotel and placed an order through Just Eat. Delivery driver lied and said the food had been delivered despite being stood outside the hotel reception. When I called and spoke to the restaurant to explain the situation, they were dismissive and quite frankly didn’t care or offer help resolve this. Door is a health and safety hazard - swings to close far too quickly that whilst holding all the food, it’s slammed right into the back of my foot and took a chunk of flesh out. Was in pain for two days straight. I reported this to them and all I received was a bogus “sorry”. Not the best customer service.

Just had an amazing experience at the pizza shop! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were super friendly. I tried their signature pizza, and it was absolutely delicious perfectly crispy crust fresh toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients.
