After in the first phase I received only half of the order, I asked for my order to be completed so that I would receive ONLY what was missing at the beginning, and the box with rice only had half of the food in it. This after the last visit I also ordered a box with rice and chicken, I was told to change the order because they don't have anything like that anymore, but looking in the fridge I saw that they did and I showed them, blocking it so that I could then check on online and to discover that they kept those boxes for online orders because they were £2 more, they choosing to lie to me. Read moreI did a pre-order for delivery on 30/8/2018 at 12:15pm. Waited for an hour and decided to call the shop. From the conversation with the female staff, they did not check their pre-order listing as such my order was not 'prepared'. Was inform I will get the delivery refund to compensate for the inconveniences. No refund received. Furthermore, the delivery guy was plain rude. Did not deliver at the stipulated delivery location as reflected on my 'order note' to the shop. When in my conversation with him on the phone, I spotted his car. I wanted to tell him that I would walk over to him.. he hang up the call. When he arrived he was purely rude -- commenting it was a busy day.
