Absolutely diabolical! Before I ordered I confirmed with them that I can put sauce on my food myself instead of those sachets and they said its OK. After getting my food they tell me I'm not allowed and they charge 50P PER TUB OF SAUCE! the guy behind the till was alright but the woman wanted to be some kind of guardian of the sauces and wasn't understanding at all that if I knew I couldn't put sauce on my food then I wouldn't have ordered and would have gone elsewhere. This was by far the worst meal I've had in a while. I ordered through Deliveroo to give this place a try, opting for a few wings and a chicken burger meal. First of all, the fries were stale and hard to eat. The chicken burger was even worse: the chicken was soft in the middle and rock hard on the "crispy" edges—almost broke my tooth.
