Had the most amazing brunch earlier today. This has now become one of my fave brunch spots in the Highbury and Islington area, very close to the tube station (only a 5 min walk) and for a Sunday I was impressed that we did not need to queue up for a table.

Staff is friendly and proud of their restaurant. They were welcoming both on the phone when I made a booking and when we arrived.
Food is excellent. Menu has plenty of options and coffee is good. We loved the Super Bowl, Corn Fritters and Sawyer's Brunch. The fresh squeezed orange juice was also great.
Charming place. The basement is very cozy. I'd recommend booking a "cave" if possible. They are filled with pillows and a semi- private area for dining.
FYI: No wifi on the weekends. A fantastic brunch...
