Today I made a genuine complaint the bread they used on my sub was crunchy, which Iâm sure we are all aware bread should be soft. Also the cookies were very hard and subway are known for their soft cookies. Anyway I went in to express my complaint expecting them to just be very calm, instead the white woman was very rude and started to give attitude and decided to try argue with me about the cookies saying âwe do our cookies three timesâ to be honest I donât care how many times they do their cookies all I care about are the ones I was given. Anyway the staff were so rude itâs disgusting Iâm actually in complete shock. The guy intervened to defend what the woman was saying then started being aggressive towards me also. Itâs safe to say I will never go back in to this subway and anyone else whoâs reading this I really advise that you donât bother either.
I have been coming to this subway for 9 years and the staff they have hired in the past 2,3 years have been disgusting they even leave the door for their breads open allowing air to get into them and even small flies. Itâs just a mess honestly. They should be able to handle complaints with a polite manner and not get so defensive we are all human mistakes are easily made, no one can serve 100 people a day and not get some wrong. If someone like myself whoâs been going there for years was given this rude and aggressive response just by voicing my opinion, I can only image how they are like to new customers.
Really advise anyone in this local area to either get their sub from harrow weald or harrow...

My dad handed his subway card and asked him do I have points and he checked and he said yes you have more than enough points and then he asked my dad what do you want and then he started making the order he made the order he then took my dads card again scanned it again and said u have no more points left then my dad said you told me I have points and thatâs why youâve made my order then man started to get very aggressive to my dad.
My dad then told him what are you going to do with this food now he said âIâm going to throw it in the binâ
he then carried on shouting at my dad and told him donât come here again and told him to get out.
Who gave this moron authority to treat people this way it is unacceptable behaviour and Subwayâs response was also pathetic

So I had this voucher £3.79 for a meal I gave her 2 of them one for me and my partner she was like 1 per person I said my partner is just standing next to the door. I ordered for nacho sub which u can see is clearly without any nachos. She forgot or may be pretended to forget giving me the cookies for the meal deal. She tried very hard to show her annoyance which was clearly evident. She scanned my sub card (apparently) but no points got added and when I went back to ask for cookies (which she forgot to give) asked her for the bill too which she said she gave to me but she didnt. I was so inclined to ask if all the voucher customers are treated like this but didnt want to create a scene.
