Thank you for your response however, I can confidently say I was not in your T4 store for six minutes, and I have my call log to verify that. I was standing exactly where a customer is expected to wait—directly in front of the till—which is why the family who entered after me stood behind me in line. In other T4 locations, I’ve stood on either side of the till and have still been acknowledged and served, so this shouldn’t have been an issue.
If I was truly standing too far from the till, and the family was even further behind me, it makes no sense that your staff would ignore me and then go on to acknowledge and serve them. My phone was against my ear, but I was not speaking—neither was the person on the line—as I was frankly shocked by the complete disregard I experienced.
I made an effort to establish eye contact throughout, to signal that I was waiting to be served. I initially assumed the staff member may not have noticed me, especially given how busy she seemed, but it became clear that I was being deliberately ignored when she looked directly past me to engage with the family behind me. I felt invisible, and it was both upsetting and unacceptable.
I would greatly appreciate honesty regarding this situation. I have no reason to fabricate any part of this experience.
I would also like to escalate this further. I understand that T4 is a franchise, so could I please have the contact details for a franchise owner or director. If this information cannot be given online, I’m happy to return to the store to request it in person.
Initial response: I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received during my visit. I entered the store at 17:45 and stood at the till waiting to be served for approximately 20 minutes. Despite clearly being visible, the woman working at the till completely ignored me throughout this time. I initially assumed she was working alone and simply busy.
However, shortly after, a family walked in and had barely waited 10 seconds before the same staff member acknowledged them with a smile and directed them to order at the kiosk — while still continuing to ignore me. I was shocked and disappointed by the clear disregard for my presence and the lack of basic courtesy.

The drink tasted off, with a texture that was similar to milk that had gone bad. Shortly after consuming it, I experienced a stomach upset, which I strongly believe was caused by the drink.
I went back to the store to raise my concern, but unfortunately, the staff member I spoke to was dismissive. She insisted there was no issue with the drink and refused to offer a replacement or refund. I found this response very disappointing and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and for genuine concerns to be taken seriously.

I wanted to order a chocolate bubble tea and asked the staff if 0% sugar would still have some sweetness since it’s chocolate. The girl serving me (an Asian girl wearing a black newsboy cap) replied with a condescending tone, saying, “If you don’t add sugar, why would it be sweet?” Her attitude was rude and completely unnecessary.
I also asked her which drinks are made with fresh milk, as most shops have a clearly labeled fresh milk section. Here, everything was mixed up—some labeled as “fresh milk tea” and others just as “milk tea.” I was confused and looking for a quick suggestion, but her unhelpful response was, “That depends on which one you’re asking about.” If I knew, I wouldn’t have asked!
