KFC Wood Green - The Broadway — Restaurant in London

It was nice, not many people queuing to order, fairly fast service and seats available in the top floor.

Ladies toilets were cleaner than other fast foods restaurants but could be better if they change the hand dryer that lets all the remain water on the hands to go straight to the floor and also, by putting some air fresheners and touch-free WC buttons, taps and doors.

The windows were dirty on both sides and the painters didn't do a great job as there is paint on the windows too. Some bits of food by the window stands, corners included. Some sticky residues on tables and chairs missing by the staff.

Food was all fresh cooked except for the fries. We would have complaint but we were really hungry at that time and kids started to eat them before realising. Breast mini fillets and hot wings were spectacular, pieces of chicken were very oily; you need to change something in this recipe.

Overall, the place looked clean and for most of the people, I'm pretty sure they'll agree but if something can be improved, why not spot it for others who...

Please let me make it clear I have not visited this KFC in person. I ordered via Just Eat. When tracking the driver roaming around the North Circ ular I tried calling the restaurant... 7 times no answer!!! I chatted with Just Eat (and no the irony is not lost on me) who told me that most people accept the 50% cancellation fee as they would rather not have the trouble [sic]. Very telling indeed. Two hours 2 HOURS later Just Eat offer to escalate this (a 48 hour callback system). We just wanted to eat. The driver swears blind they delivered the food and that I signed for it. Signed? WT...? Unbelievable. So I called KFC in Motherwell - they tried calling the restaurant 15 times without an answer. So Just Eat scores 0 and so does this KFC. You have reduced me to a petty harpee who has lost valuable time this evening. So many reviews with the same complaint....

There were alot of what I would say management was in on that day on the shop floor looking on how things were running and 3 staff on the shop floor. Things could of run a bit faster. I had made my order on self service booth, thus does not give you the option to choose which part of the chicken you want so you have to let the staff know in time before you are given your order. I will next time use the till, as there were several customers being served and it began to look a bit confusing. There were delivery drivers there also. On entering KFC a member of staff was there to direct everyone. Either to the self service to place your order and pay or the counter to place your order and pay, or for the drivers they had a place they were directed to. At one point a driver came in and went up to the till and the staff member directed him to the delivery...
