Food was decent however gave myself and my girlfriend severe food poisoning, this was the only meal we ate together in 72 hours then both sick at the same time, no coincidence. Off work with nausea, stomachs cramps, diarrhoea, shivering and aches. When i called the restaurant, they started quizzing me with questions then refusing to accept it and called me a liar. Very rude staff. If they were nice and even just said sorry, i wasn’t that fussed about a refund, i would have actually given them another go later down the line as the food was ok, but they were so rude! Do not order rom here, they take the money and do not deliver the food. Happened two times money has been taken out from my account but after one hour of ordering I got a call sorry we never received your order even though it has gone through with the confirmation email and so on. The staff there is super rude!!!! staff of chicken shop around the corner has better manner and way of speaking. The person named ASIF who tend to put himself as a manager was the one who called me to inform no order came through and no money has been taken even though I checked my statement though the money has been taken out by them. Ordered king prawn KORMA and received king prawn bhuna and went back to the shop to get accused that we have eaten half of it when we did not as we realised it looked differently. They said we have confirmed with them and we did because the accent is strong so when they said korma and bhuna, it sounds the same. Hire someone that can speak the queen’s good and understandable english so customers can actually get what they have ordered.
