With extended seating, decor & menu, we thought we'd give it "a whirl" but discovered that it's still basically a takeaway. Six of us went there Sunday lunchtime and found a lethal noise level, unsupervised kids running about n screaming. Food under the counter looked OK but falafel balls were seriously burnt, cheese on the baked potato had somehow drizzled into a congealed blob under the spud and plastic cutlery doesn't cut burnt or crispy food. Staff appeared to be overloaded, and between the noise level, constantly opening door, chairs being pushed by kids, the 24/7 aircon blasting down our necks it was less than pleasant and was a disappointing and frought experience. The food here is amazing! They have such a wide variety of food options to chose from there is something for everyone. However, if you just like the basics like pizza and chips/fries they are also out of this world good! The place is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is fast. Prices are also really good. I traveled 10 miles out of the way for this food and I have no regrets would do it again in a heartbeat. Wish I lived closer so I could...

The service here is very disorganized. The pizza itself is just average, but the real issue is how poorly the place is managed. As soon as more than a couple of customers arrive, everything falls into chaos.
