Pizza Phiroza — Restaurant in London

Quick fix to pizza craving but the staff are not friendly or nice. On more than one occasion when we walked din to order the person at the till was normal then when we only orders one pizza he seemed to judge us and was not happy that we didn't order anymore. When we waited and did receive the food they just left it on the counter and I felt like we were the ones in the wrong. They have pushed the price of the place up a few times now so it has gotten more expensive. It is a good location but the service is definitely slacking as it looks like the people there do not enjoy their job. The pizza is made very quickly and the wait time is short which is the only plus side but I won't be coming back since the service is not worth it. Or if you order on the phone and just come in to collect then it's not bad. The whole experience of walking in to order when the person on the other side doesn't like their job is not the best. Nowhere on their website, online menu, posters in store or even their terms & conditions does it state that the £4.99 large pizza offer for ‘collection only’ is just for phone orders. I ordered online and went to ‘collect’ my order only to be made to feel stupid by both servers as they said I was in the wrong, when it was their lack of clarity which was to blame.

Here’s some advice, why don’t you state clearly in big letters ‘NOT VALID FOR ONLINE ORDERS’ and you might not have to explain to every customer why their online order isn’t valid for your offers! 🙄 I don’t think I’ll be going back unless Papa John’s shuts...

I wasn't too impressed with the food experience. The veggie burger buns were surprisingly tough, like the burger wasn't cooked enough. Although the fries were fine, the restricted sauce choices were a letdown. At least the pizza tasted good, even though the 7-inch size seemed smaller than expected. Everything about the experience was disappointing, and the price seemed high for the quality...
