Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs

This place is a joke. The guy making the pizzas uses bare hands—no gloves, no hygiene, just touching everything in sight. On top of that, he’s sweating buckets because of the oven heat, and still handling food like that’s normal. Completely off-putting.

And don’t even get me started on the prices. The ones he says on the phone are never the same as what’s on the wall or online. He changes the prices depending on how you're ordering. Imagine living one minute away and he still tries to bump up the price as if you're ordering from another city.

He’s still got old Google photos from 5 years ago showing a 15” pizza for £7.99, but when you walk into the shop, it’s £10... and if you call? Suddenly it’s £13.99. Like, what? It’s just blatant dishonesty.

And the worst part? The pizza didn’t even taste good. It was undercooked, doughy, and clearly rushed. All that nonsense, and he can’t even get the basics right.

Why can’t he just be clear and honest with his pricing and put some actual care into the food? Feels like he's just looking for any opportunity to cheat people. This kind of shady behavior is exactly why places like this deserve to be called out....

Awful on all counts. When placed order was told will take 40 mins to 1 hour. After an hour was told driver on his way. After another 15 mins still no pizza. Called again and was told again he was on his way. Still no pizza after another 15 mins. Looked outside to find the driver 10 doors down on the wrong side of road. When checked pizza was luke warm and completely uncut. Told by driver the original driver had been in accident... really. Not sure how true that was as we got the free bottle of 7 up that we were offered and declined may I add. We have been using this TGF store for many many years with no issues. When my husband called back to complain he was not treated with any respect whatsoever and the man just argued with my husband the whole time. Pretty sure we will not be using this...

I had the worst evening ever just by ordering a pizza from them. I was knackered from my day and just thought that easy and quickest way will be to get delivered a pizza . Now I am hungry and tired and there was no sign of pizza up till 10 pm . And just by saying that pizza driver is on his way , he had a car accident , or he is coming again no one showed up. Imagine what you would have felt when u r tired and u think getting pizza would be easy way but no it was supposed to be ur night mate.
