PremierLux Serviced Apartments — Hotel in London

My partner and I had a very bad overall experience in this place in Ilford. We don't advise to no one to stay here. A lot of miscommunication between colleagues; the management didn't care at all about our complain we tried to contact they never replied to us. We were with some urgency to stay in a place, and so we accepted to stay in a small room with the plan with them, that after some day we would change to a bigger one. On the day of changing, the girl on the reception insisted us to pay the new room we were changing for without even see it, when we did (to the "presidential room") it was disgusting, it didn't have microwave, nor fridge, nor toaster. On the same day we tried to leave but the same girl said we couldn't have our money back. We felt very humiliated in this place, had to buy everything to live for the two weeks that we paid there. The experiences we had here during these time was completely insane!

We're adding to this comment the emails we sent to them, so to everyone be full aware of what happen to us and really understand why should not stay in their places! We tried to complain to the reception, we sent emails, we saw one day the manager right in front of us (we're sure it was her!), we tried to call to the boss, and no one responsible ever replied to us. It's not being racists, but it was looking like everyone working in this place from East Europe, was not worried at all about out concern. And kept hiding like nothing was happening. What a big lesson they've given to us!

Made a booking with them for the 2023 easter weekend as we were attending a 4 day event in London. Booked it early to assure we could attend, and it the time I made the booking they carried out a card check, they actually ended up doing this 3 times over the period i had the booking, the first taking £76.50 just after i booked (I had chosen the book now, pay on the day, so i was surprised at this) 2 months before the event they did the same again, all cleared. 2 weeks after that they said my card was invalid, with insurficent funds (It wasn't), and had 23 hours to sort it, so I put my credit card information in (plenty of available credit), they rejected it say invalid car (it wasn't), so i checked the details and they were correct. The next day THEY cancelled the booking!! Leaving me without a hotel for the event, as everywhere was booked up. I'm sure they realised there was an event on after taking the booking, and wanted to resell it at twice the price. PLEASE LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT HOTEL, as these are untrustworthy, and WILL leave you in a bed situtation. They don't answer messages when you ask them either!! Fraudsters and charlatons!!
