The Coffee Run — Restaurant in London

Best station coffee in London and lovely friendly crew. I commuted through Highbury & Islington 2015-2019 and was seriously missing the Coffee Run when my office moved to Farringdon. I eventually switched jobs and am now going through Highbury again since Nov 2020, I was so pleased to still see the same crew, after the lockdowns, was like homecoming. In all seriousness, if you come through Highbury & Islington, get yourself a coffee on platform 7.

Edit Jan 2025 - had many more coffees all over London, the Coffee Run's oat milk flat white still goes unmatched! And try the filter coffee, so good one doesn't...

Was here this morning when i got of the train on platform 2 - decided to have a coffee for the first time at ' The Coffee Run ' what a bad idea ...ordered a flat white with oat milk...very sorry to say the coffee was so awful..tasted Absolutely like dirt water and very very bitter even the milk didnt taste of oat milk either...the customer service was worse than the coffee they served me, Inspite of the fact that i was the only customer being served. Ordered a toasted rocket and mozzarella flatbread. The flatbread tasted of flour and was completely tasteless. Couldn’t taste the rocket and the mozzarella was an odd texture. No salt added or any sauce etc which meant it was bland, floury and totally tasteless. Ended up having a couple of bites and throwing it in the bin. Staff were friendly and...
