I like this little pub. I never realized it was an Irish pub until l stepped in and it was like being there. Old Irish men always up for a quick chat. Cheap pints (getting rare these days!). Not pretentious at all, just what you need, screens to watch the football, a nice person to serve you a cold pint. There is a jukebox and usually people put good music on it. Oh if you like darts, there is a corner dedicated to it. As a girl, l appreciate that the toilets are spacious and most of the time clean. Especially since there is a note that men should no longer use them 😀 But bear in mind, there is only 1 cubicle for women. there's also a dart board and a pool table (a little confusingly you have to ask behind the bar for the cue ball).
