I had a really good experience here the other day when I visited with my son. He has additional needs and unfortunately had a meltdown when we were there (which is never pretty and always stressful when out about). I took him outside so we could both calm down a bit, and not only did a member of staff ask if we needed anything and brought my coffee out to me, but another customer came out too, to see if she could help and if we wanted to go back inside. It can be really challenging with my son's needs sometimes, and even something as simple and everyday as a hot chocolate after school can become stressful and upsetting.
