The Galley — Restaurant in London

Recently moved into the area and saw this place on my travels, so I thought I'd drop in on the weekend and grab some breakfast. Can't remember the owners name, but himself and his son Andy were working and were very chatty and welcoming. Asked them what they would recommend to a new customer, and they said the chicken, bacon, and avocado ciabatta. Ordered that, a steak and roasted veg ciabatta and then a white coffee and a latte. Took about 10 mins to prep, and it was well worth the wait. Some more customers came in while I was waiting and knew the staff on a first name basis, so I got the impression they treat everyone extremely well, just like they had with myself. Had a lovely chat with the lads and then went home as it was for takeaway. The food was amazing, cooked to order. My partner had the chicken and bacon ciabatta and loved it. My own steak ciabatta was delicious, and I basically devoured it! Latte and white coffee were very nice, too. I'm really looking forward to coming back here to eat in. It was a pleasure meeting the lads, and I'm looking forward to coming back...

Always great tasty home cooked style food. Freindly respectable staff with good hygiene manners and professionalism.

The serious bits over, pop in and see Andrew and his crew for a breakfast! Or a mean Bacon and Avocado baguette pasta or whatever takes your fancy from their menu!
