Such a lovely party shop - they also deliver which is wonderful. I needed helium balloons (different sizes and shapes and colours) and I was able to pay online and have it delivered to me. It made my daughters party. The owners are so kind they made the effort to ask if my child was a boy or girl and what she liked and tailored the balloons to her taste.

Very pleased with my balloon arrangements. Very helpful and professional staff. Guided and showed me what to choose. Will be coming back for all my party needs. Shop has free parking around. Prices are very reasonable and done an excellent job. Highly Recommended

TERRIBLE experience, from their LATE delivery to their FAULTY product to the ATROCIOUS customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. First and foremost, delivery came 45 minutes later than promised even though i had ordered 3 days in advance. The drive was only 9 minutes. I ordered a balloon bouquet with was £60 and the balloon POPPED immediately after taking it out from their packaging. I called the store and was told a pressure or a sharp object must’ve caused it to pop even though there were no sharp objects in sight and i took the balloon out with the upmost care, being as delicate as i could possibly be. All the owner could offer me was another balloon in one hour which i would have to PAY for. Firstly, the function would be over by then. Had they delivered ON TIME perhaps i would have taken them up on the offer. Furthermore to charge me is absolutely egregious considering the item was in their care for the whole night and didn’t even last minutes when taken out of the packaging. In total spent over £100. A complete and utter rip off. Much better places in Walthamstow to get balloons. I learned my lesson the hard way. Don’t waste your money or your time...

Very professional and dedicated people 👏. The first time I used them was last month for my first son 7th birthday party, I was overjoyed when the balloons were delivered. I did the order on WhatsApp and everything was perfect. There are very professional. I decided to use them again yesterday for my son 2nd birthday. I was so happy 😊 as usual. I really recommend them for your party. Fast and good delivery....

Amazing shop and lovely friendly worker we need more people like this In our community, kept shop open extra 30 minutes, so can get a item.

I can't belive I live down road since I was 9 and never popped Into this shop. I will return again for sure to buy items and birthdays events coming up. Highly recommended this place they will extra mile for anyone.
