I’ve visited three times and have never been particularly blown away.
8.5/10 food, sushi is very good and presented well, though some parts such as the cucumber are quite overpowering. They’re also a bit overly generous with the fried onions(?) for the crunch rolls, I could barely see my sushi beneath all the crunch lol! Also very stingy with the sauce, make sure to ask for extra soy sauce and unagi sauce if applicable.
4/10 service, staff are quite frosty and standoffish, you can’t help but feel like they’re silently asking “why didn’t you just order online” as they take your order as fast as possible. I asked if they had a loyalty program since they were so close to my place of work, and the question only seemed to confuse the cashier, oh well.

Which is impossible considering the distance (30 min by car). I get the half hour after the phone call considering the distance, but dude, say that instead of "it will be 5-10 min"... And 1 hour for the delivery to leave the restaurant seems extreme... If it's that busy, either don't take more orders or have someone to call people to tell them about the delay... I mean, if a restaurant is actually trying to give a good service that's what is usually done.

Read moreI have had the same issue as many it seems. Ordered with promise of 8pm. No delivery at 8:55pm. No one answers the phone - just rings and rings m, then they start simply hanging up the call.
Simply avoid. With customer service this bad, they shouldn’t be in business.
Adding into this almost 3 weeks later. I got in touch by email after this experience, and as requested. No reply. That tells me everything I thought about the lack of customer care is true. How to make a bad situation worse - ask for the chance to put things right then don’t act on it. And here I am about to order sushi - well this is one customer you have lost for good.
