Tops Pizza — Restaurant in London

So so so disappointed!! First and foremost ordered a Spicy Tops pizza. They’ve sent the wrong pizza there was no halal pepperoni on the pizza which it should have come With! I admit I opened the pizza straight away because Me and my Wife was hungry and had a slice until my wife realised wait there’s no pepperoni! So I had my slice but wife put hers down so we had one and half of a pizza slice.

Also asked for chicken kickin bites and gave us some ball looking things with strips of bacon on it!!! We eat Halal only.

I called and informed the owner and he said well you’ve had a slice? That’s so wrong and disgusting!

Yes ofcourse I had a slice because I expected to have what I PAID FOR WHICH WAS A Spicy tops so how is that my fault you should be sending the right order.

On top of that he basically accused me Of lying it’s a shame because once upon a time this place was amazing now with the new owners they are rude and do not care what there giving out.

Guys this is unacceptable! Honestly dave your money and...

Awful awful service omg!!

Ordered from here had appalling customer service after being hung up on over and over again after tops pizza in Finchley getting my order completely wrong only thing they got right was the thin crust.

I ordered a “special” customised pizza after repeating numerous times I got delivered a pepperoni and fresh tomato pizza! Which after trying to explain I cannot eat fresh tomatoes due to an allergy.

They decided to listen after saying why am I calling back again when they wouldn’t listen to what the problem was and just wanted to get out of there bearing in mind it’s 2:30am and they said they were shut and there’s nothing that they could do when they shut at 3am... the man was very aggressive and rude.

He said that he would give me a discount after explaining my allergies that’s a whole large pizza gone in the bin and a waste of my cash and time and have left a voice mail to head office as this is not acceptable!

I would like a response as soon...

Absolutely the Worst Pizza Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst takeaway experience I've ever had. Tops Pizza was a complete disaster from start to finish.

First off, the delivery was ridiculously late. I had to call multiple times, and each time I was promised it was "on the way" — complete lies. When the food finally did show up, it was cold, the pizza had hardly any toppings, and looked like it had been slapped together in a rush. Barely edible.

To make matters worse, the staff were extremely unprofessional and abusive. When I called to complain, I was met with shouting, swearing, and a complete lack of accountability. I was treated like I had done something wrong just for asking where my food was.

If you value your money, your time, and even basic human decency — do not order from here. Tops Pizza should be ashamed of the way they treat paying customers....
