I've ordered through Uber Eats: Firstly the baguette is cold and should have been warm, then I ordered the cookies which should have been two of them just like other shops have sent me, they only sent me one. When I called back she said there was nothing wrong and that they cost 99p, which basically means she overprized me. She did not do anything to solve the issue and did not know what to say when I told her every other Wenzel's has given 2 cookies with the same order.

I have been a Wenzels customer for a long time and I must say this branch is exceptional! The food is always nice and there is always a fun and friendly environment in the store.
