I usually don’t do bread as it’s not my daily staple, makes me bloated, and am trying to reduce carbs. Wild grains is the only bakery I’m naturally drawn to and willing to break my healthy diet rules. Their bread is just simply delicious and you can taste the love! My favourite is their divine focaccia and expand to baguette, sourdough and cinnamon bun etc - all is great quality and worth every pence

There is no denying that the bread at this bakery is delicious. But unfortunately recently the prices have risen way too much. We wanted to support our local business and used to buy bread here weekly rather than from a supermarket. However paying almost £6 for a loaf of bread and £4 for coffee with lactose free/alternative milk now makes this an occasional 'treat' rather than regular purchase.

I like this place very much but unfortunately any queue takes way too long. I was stood here for 10 minutes and just gave up. It’s happened a few times in a row now. I think it’s because they serve coffee too so it holds everything up. If one person could serve coffee and the other pastries I think it might improve the speed. I only wanted one pastry. Next time!

what a find - i love carbs especially bread and i actually think i have found my fave - “miso sourdough loaf” honestly so gorgeous either with sweet or savour toppings it’s divine - has some sesame seeds in it that give it this extra layer ooh and it toasts well. the donuts my family love too so everyone is happy on a saturday morning (even teenagers!!) - warm jam donuts. service great and such a lovely team - to be honest everything i have bought has been fab, going forward the miso loaf and donuts are part of our weekend wherever possible. get...

Wild Grains Bakery truly rises above the rest — every loaf is proof that passion and patience make the perfect recipe. Their potato bread is so good it’s practically un-believ-a-ble! The crust is golden, the crumb’s cloud-soft, and the flavour? Pure kneaded perfection. You can tell they don’t just loaf around; every bake is handled with love and skill. I left grinning like I’d won the bread lottery and already yeast-erday I was craving more. Five stars, no question — this place has earned its daily bread...

This is the edited review after months of being a regular loyal customer:

I love to support local businesses, but i do feel the quality changes: pastries are not always good, size wires a lot, it takes ages to be served even if there are 3 people queue. Some items are simply not tasty — basque cheesecake was hard to eat and I threw a half away. I don’t buy bread, only pastries, and danish was the best you’ve made, and for some reasons quite stable in...
