Wow taco? More like wow, they call that a taco..

Very disappointing ‘Mexican food’, seemed like something a child minder would knock up out of an old El Paso box for a kids lunch. The tacos were depressing to look at and didn’t match their description at all, quiet simply it was a load of store purchased salsa chucked on top of the mush beneath. The veg ones were literally just beans and tinned sweetcorn in a hard shell taco! As for the borito itself, a textureless and tasteless turnout.

We had a few bites of each of our items and gave up on it, we really couldn’t believe the poor quality of the food for the price paid. No idea what their pizza is like as we went for a Mexican option, what with the place being called ‘wow taco’ but unfortunately the only ‘wow’ factor was in pure disbelief at the lack of care put into their food. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Ordered through Deliveroo, no delivery tracking available. Driver quietly knocked and didn’t ring doorbell, and because of the lack of tracking we had no clue they were there. So they LEFT THE FOOD ON THE DOORSTEP IN THE RAIN instead of ringing the doorbell. Food was stone cold and wet as the boxes were soaked through. Rung the store to ask where the food was and was hung up on abruptly. Trying to get a refund through Deliveroo but they still haven’t marked the order as delivered so currently unable to and very unhappy.

Edit: Order was FINALLY closed multiple hours later. Only partial refund given. Judging by some of the other reviews here the issues aren’t localised to just...

Great food and good service. I've done pickup and delivery. It's one of the only true Mexican Takeaways around and they are happy to deliver pretty far out for most takeaways. The food is great and very flavoursome. The presentation is good as well. The staff are also very friendly. My only issue is that they can take a while to prepare the food sometimes but then that may be me being ignorant of Mexican food preparation! I can certainly say that all the food is made fresh to order and hasn't been sitting around which is a rarity for food takeaway! Definitely recommend if you want a...
