Read moreYokoso is a nice small restaurants. Portions seem to be much smaller, must be shrinkflation. Service tends to be good, but their is one prrson who makes the experience, even otdering unpleasant. The owners wifes sister, should not be working in hospitality, as she is not hospitable. She is rude, unprofessional and dismissive. When she is alone in the restaurant, even when they are not busy, she does not bother to answer the phone. Regarding delivery/takeaway orders, even when asked, she puts the hot items in the same bag as the cold, which does not make sense, as surely nobody likes hot sashimi that come on top of you katsu curry. She also "forgets" often to put chopsticks and the sauces. She made my experience and that of my friends so unpleasant, that we call before we go or order. If she is working, we do not eat at Yokoso. Also, their new menus lool cheap and their chicken Yakitori is not grilled as it should be, but fried, as they probably do not have a grill in theit...

Sushi is an art which takes years of training to master and why it is so good and loved. There was no love in our order, just slapped together. Very very disappointing. I would recommend going to Waitrose to get sushi or branch out to ai sushi or even sushi mania for a better eating experience. So dissatisfied and...
