Chernobyl Chicken Read with Caution

Hoping to order from Favorite Chicken and Ribs which is unfortunately no longer available for Deliveroo orders in my area or KFC which was closed, me and my friend decided to give Fantastic Chicken a whirl. Not only did delivery take one and a half hours but when the food arrived this is when the real problems began. The chicken was undercooked like eating chewy rubber and comparible in quality to that of DNA altering Chernobyl Road Kill, the wings were completely bland and not crispy at all as they should be, the skin was barely intact with the wings, and the meat itself was rubbery, chewy and completely undercooked, me and my friend wondered to ourselves was this really chicken as we contemplated our order and even existences after taking one bite. This so called "chicken" that was swimming in more grease than John Travolta's hair in the 70s, can surely, I repeat, surely not be for human consumption!!! I then proceeded to call the restaurant and express how displeased I was with the food, yet nothing was offered other than more of the inedible Chernobyl like wings we already had disposed off. I've been getting food from this place for quite a number of years and quality of the food is consistently good.

There were two areas where I think they could improve instantly. Firstly, is the minimum charge that you have to pay online to get the items delivered? It's far too much for food of this valley and you end up over ordering. It's cheaper to go down there and pick it up yourself which defeats the point. Secondly, is the ordering area within the shop itself. It's normally pretty grimey and could do with a good clean. The last time I ordered from there, there were customers serving behind the counter for some strange reason and it all seem to be a bit of a mess. Forgive me for this bad review, but its a must, cant take anymore mistakes and just keep quiet. Mother ordered 2x chicken meal deals and the meat was literally rotten, cold fries and waste of £5 diesel to come to this place. Not to mention the lady working at the till barely understanding what you want as cutom order (simply wont corporate) Never going back even if world hunger begins. Sorry to owner and staff, but management skills are a must to have good business with loyal customers. Price too steep for what it is too.
