Greggs — Restaurant in Maidstone

All the food was cold, apparently the cabinets are not heated. Pepperoni pizza slice was massively overly greasy, and obviously cold. Sausage roll wasn't too bad, (cold) may have been sitting in the cabinet for a while. Belgium bun was almost stale. Milk in the jug for 'serve yourself' was empty. Tables an absolute mess. Even the toilet (disabled) was out of order with a scruffy hand written sign on it. The lady serving (1st November 2023 1.30pm), was rude, uninviting, abrupt & unprofessional. Huffing and puffing when asked if there was any hot/warm food, shouting out to the workers in the back midway through serving customers, basically threw our food on the counter, just completely unwelcoming & everything seemed to be too much for her. We came here to sit down & enjoy a bit of lunch and a cuppa, won't bother again, will go further up the high street to find a much cleaner, better, quieter (no shouty server) more...

Some of the staff in this store have really bad and I really miserable and don't make you feel the only people I would say that a lovely in there is a young English girl and the really nice Bulgarian girl they always make you feel welcome and they talk to you like a human being And the old English lady in there is nice as well but the other English ladies are absolutely horrible their attitude stinks and they matter under their breath when you do a click and collect order if you're early by couple of minutes being disabled this I find very unnerving because it makes me feel unwelcome I've done nothing wrong to to them sorry recommend if you like Greggs avoid this one like the plague because of some of the staff are absolutely unbelievable and their attitude is absolutely can be very rude...

Just popped in to grab my morning sausage roll, as you do. The staff member called if anyone needed help, i walked to the counter and there were a few people standing near her so i couldnt get to her till. She didn't move to the till I was at so I had to shout across and ask if there were any sausage rolls after saying good morning. She completely ignored my kind gesture and checked the cooker and slammed it and replied ''in 20 minutes''. Her attitude was so rude and her body language had me leaving feeling hurt. So i went to the greggs in park wood and that one is a five star!
