I love Indian express all food especially one of my favourite bindi bhaji . I ordered food and they send me extra food which is such a sweet gesture . We all should have to support and appreciate the Indian express for providing such a delicious food to us and Indian express all team working hard to make their customers happy 😊. Personally I love Indian express one of the best food shop in Maidstone. Ordered the king prawn Dansak, the prawns were chewy and the sauce tasted horrible it was mushy and powdery as well. I ordered aloo gobi which was missing from my order so didn't get the food I'd paid for. The tandoori mixed starter had a dirty burnt flavour and the whole starter of mixed meats just tasted over cooked and all the same instead of the nice spiced charred flavour you'd expect. Very disappointing. The salad was like what you'd get from a kebab shop instead of an Indian salad and the mint sauce was luminous green and artificial tasting. Ordered a chicken korma and a lamb passanda with rice and a couple of sides. Both curries were completely tasteless, like it was extremely watered down. So basically the whole meal ruined. Got offered for it to be all replaced or a refund, so we straight away said a refund, as didn’t want the same to happen again. We both also felt a bit unwell the next morning. We ordered on 10th September 2024 and now it’s 9th October 2024 and still no sign of are refund! We phoned up again this weekend to be told the manager would phone us on Monday, but that was non existent...
