If I could give 0 I would. We usually walk in and order and never had an issue except the chicken pieces can be quite spicy (not meant to be)

First off within 30secs (after waiting for 45 mins when we live behind the shop) we noticed the chips were missing I called 3 times and no answer.

The paper from the kebab was absolutely soaked with oil dripping, I ordered no sales and received a kebab full of lettuce and onion. The kebab meat was hard and over cooked. My partner's wrap was dripping with oil. The naan bread was dreadful and full of oil

I went in for a takeaway as I was craving a nice kebab. Googled it and found that Shepway Grill was rate 4.4/5 on Google. So went in there to find out it didn't look great at all. The food was below average (and that's me being kind) the salad was warm, and it wasn't on the kebab itself which I asked for. And couldn't even eat it and chucked it away. Tried to give the kebab a chance but ended up finding 2 small hair strands in the middle of kebab and that was discovered half way through eating the kebab. I'm starting to think that the reviews were fake and I won't be returning...
