Ordered online to collect, ordering on behalf of my grandfather who has dementia and finally after a week of not eating agreed to try KFC, when I arrived I was told I couldn't have my order unless I check in, I was asked to show my bank statement, this showed I had paid, I provided the assistant manager with my name and email address, and still was refused my order. I explained the page had refreshed so I had no option to check in, I paid as a guest so had no option to log in. I explained the situation that this was for my grandfather who had finally agreed to eat somthing, and I did not have the funds to pay for my food twice. ( its now Monday and I still haven't been refunded for my order so it is a breach of law, I have paid for a product I have no recieved) the assistant manager explained she knows this is a problem, it happens all the time, often with orders much bigger ( not sure how this was relevant) and that she had even told her area manager who had done nothing to fix this despite it happening for weeks according to the assistant manager. Many other customers witnessed this and expressed their disgust at the situation, how I was being treated and that she had admitted this has been happening to other customers for weeks. I left the store in tears. And am absolutely disgusted at the service I have recieved, I will be sharing the situain on social media to warn others not to bother shopping with yourselves, and that your assistant manager was more than happy to let a man with dementia go without his food. An £8 meal of 3 selects and chips. Your company clearly does not care about...

Not only was she affable/amiable but she was on the ball and - upon me asking for "two pieces" - she is the only Kentucky staff member to EVER ask me which particular chicken parts I would like; I asked for a breast piece to be included...I received two insteadšIn an age of austerity, haughtiness and taciturnity, it was a most welcome (if surprising) greeting by this latter day Barbara Windsor with her "darlin'" this and "sweetheart" that. Whatever you're paying her, Kentucky Fried Chicken, is...
